Job Description:
- Inspects cleans lubricates paints and repairs high-pressure boilers and associated mechanical equipment using safe and efficient processes adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Conducts regular inspections of the boiler and its components to identify and address any issues. Works with and schedules inspectors for annual shutdowns.
- Tests and conducts analyses of water quality and other associated equipment to maintain efficient operations of steam systems.
- Records and maintains accurate logs of boiler operations including pressure temperature and fuel consumption.
- Cleans and maintains the boiler and its components to prevent corrosion and buildup of sediment and scale.
- Responds quickly and effectively to any emergencies or malfunctions that may occur during boiler operation.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Licensure Requirement:
State of Ohio High Pressure Boiler Operator License required.

Experience:
- Three years of experience working with High Pressure Boilers required.
- Experience with advance control systems preferred.
