This is an opportunity to provide clinic-based play-focused ABA therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As a BCBA at Blue Bird Day you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 3-6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:
- Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Providing caregiver education and family support
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational physical and speech therapists
