A new opportunity has opened for a Caretaker/ Facility Coordinator to join our teams at Carnaby Rise Primary School in Landsdale on a permanent full-time basis. The role is required to provide high standard of caretaker services throughout the school facilities Monday to Friday
What Youll Do (key responsibilities)
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Able to undertake general repairs and maintenance as well as planned preventative maintenance throughout the school and surrounding grounds
Overseeing all activities across the school grounds and buildings ensuring Occupational Health and Safety standards are met
Identify and report services faults book trades and supervise contractors
Cleaning of external areas including pathways bin area and common areas
Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
Adhere to Downer Zero Harm Standards and practices
Must be available Monday to Friday between 6am-6pm for a rotating roster
