Job Summary

Position: Project Leader - Construction
Location: Hybrid- Bowmanville (2 days remote)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:Up to $80.00 p/h inc.

Requirements:

4-year university degree Engineering Science or Business
Licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng) designation is a desirable asset
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a desirable asset
6-10 years of experience in project management specifically in developing project requirements and plans; preparing cost estimates; participating in contract bidding and award processes managing projects and contracts in execution phase and managing project closeout.
5 years experience in a live construction environment including the planning phase
Experience working with Facilities Infrastructures and ICI Construction industry is a strong asset
Working experience with applicable codes such as OBC and NBCC is an asset
Prior experience in managing conflicting priorities of scope schedule cost and quality.
Experience and knowledge of cost accounting and forecasting as it relates to project management.
Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills highly developed organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
