The candidate will have the ability to gathering requirements to analyse design and/or implement
SuccessFactors Employee Central
Roles and Responsibilities: The Consultant will have the following broad responsibilities:
Provide high-level solution design and integration design
Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.
Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts;
appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
Lead design workshops with the client.
Provide impact assessment for Quarterly Releases
Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators enablers) for SuccessFactors>

Experience and skill set required: The candidate should hold a Degree/ Masters on Information
Technology or an MBA Graduate or equivalent.
Should have the following skills:
o 10 years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors
Employee Central module having 3 EC implementation experience
o To provide expertise in configuring Employee Central in terms of global business requirements.
Should understand country specific localizations
o Strong understanding of Employee Central Data models Succession data models Corporate
Data models and MDFs propagation data models
o Strong expertise in Employee Central Picklists management User access through role based
permissions Organization Structure Job Structures Management Country Specific Fields (CSF)
customization Self Service ( MSS / ESS) Transactions Configuration Workflow Configuration
EC Position Management Rules Management Meta Data Framework (MDF) Objects
Configuration business rules configurations
o Strong understanding and knowledge in EC benefits
o Strong expertise in developing EC Time tracking and Time off configurations.
o Expertise in configuring Holiday Calendars Work Schedules Workflows Take Rules Accrual
Rules Period End Processing Rules Time Account Types Time Types Time Profile etc.
o Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business. Must have good experience in designing the
functional and technical solutions.
o Should have extensively worked in XML.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations chairing meetings
workshop facilitation business and report writing
o Must have worked Instance Sync
o Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
o Experience with building data migration strategy and data management activities in SF
o Must have worked on Integrations with atleast one external system (Eg: R/3 S/4 Hana Active
Directory Service Now etc)
o Certification in Employee Central is a must
