Job Summary

Summary: As a User Experience Designer you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights conducting user research and iterating on design solutions to enhance usability and satisfaction. You will also engage in discussions to share findings and contribute to the overall design strategy ensuring that user-centered principles are at the forefront of your work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights.- Develop wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design .- Good To Have Skills: Experience with CSS HTML CICD- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe XD. Additional Information: - The candidate should have around -4- 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
