Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead the development of high-impact digital products.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders technical teams and end users - translating vision into actionable requirements and driving successful product delivery.
This role requires a blend of business acumen technical understanding and strong communication skills to prioritize features manage backlogs and ensure products meet both business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision roadmap and release strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Elicit analyze and document business and user requirements through interviews workshops and research.
Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear user stories acceptance criteria and dependencies.
Collaborate with engineering design QA and marketing teams to ensure on-time high-quality delivery.
Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives demos).
Use data and user feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate progress risks and changes to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
4 7 years of experience in Product Ownership Business Analysis or a hybrid role in a SaaS or software-driven environment.
Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira Confluence Azure DevOps Trello or ClickUp.
Strong skills in user story writing backlog management process modeling and requirement documentation.
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
