Products Liability Litigation Associate Attorney
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated product liability matters within a highly respected and fast-moving litigation practice. You will handle complex cases take ownership of meaningful responsibilities and work closely with experienced litigators on matters that demand both strategic thinking and technical depth.
You will be involved across all phases of litigation including discovery depositions expert analysis and motion practice. The position provides hands-on experience strong mentorship and the chance to develop courtroom and client-facing skills early in your career.

Who You Are:
You are a strong performer with 3 5 years of experience including:
- Products Liability Litigation (required)
- Drafting briefs correspondence and responding to written discovery
- Conducting depositions oral arguments and expert interviews
- Managing document collection review and production
- Causation and/or failure analysis
- Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
You also bring:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong case management abilities and a disciplined work ethic
- A collaborative team-oriented approach
- Active membership in the California or Colorado Bar
