Job Title : Senior Systems Analyst (Office 365 AD Windows Server PowerShell VPN)

Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite - Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues guiding troubleshooting and resolution of hardware software and network problems.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to coordinate advanced technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide management and support for core IT systems including:
  • Office 365 / Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory & Exchange Server
  • Microsoft Teams (softphones)
  • VPN RDP and Windows operating systems
• Research recommend and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency reliability and performance.
• Develop maintain and update technical documentation including system configurations processes and troubleshooting guides.
• Support enterprise IT initiatives such as system upgrades migrations and infrastructure improvements.
• Promote best practices in IT service delivery and operational excellence.

• Extensive hands-on experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in:
  • Office 365 / Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory (AD DS)
  • Exchange Server
  • Windows Client and Windows Server
  • Desktop deployment VPN RDP and Microsoft Teams
• Strong experience with:
  • Group Policy configuration and Windows infrastructure management
  • PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks
  • TCP/IP fundamentals DNS and DHCP
• Experience with:
  • Active Directory upgrades consolidations and migrations
  • Office/Microsoft 365 mailbox migrations
  • ADFS or Azure Active Directory including SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO concepts
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and technical support teams.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite / Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS).
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting SharePoint environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Windows Server Office 365 Azure).
• Understanding of IT service management principles and ITIL best practices.
• Continuous learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
