Job Summary

Job Title: Application Development Project Manager (COTS Government Programs Microsoft Project)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing 3 5 concurrent application development projects including both Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) implementations and custom in-house solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project management including the creation and management of project budgets schedules scope documents status reports and communication plans from project initiation through closeout.
Strong experience developing and maintaining formal project schedules using project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project.
Proven ability to create and manage detailed project scope and requirements documentation.
Experience in project quality planning and governance including quality assurance end-to-end system testing quality control user acceptance testing (UAT) defect tracking metrics reporting and quality oversight.
Successful management of multi-phased high-visibility projects including executive-level reporting and presentations to senior government stakeholders.
Experienced in leading and facilitating project management meetings ensuring clear communication of project deliverables milestones risks and overall status.
