Job Summary

Oracle SCM Functional Consultant
Location: Nashville TN

Role Overview
We are hiring an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to support large-scale Oracle EBS R12 SCM initiatives for a premier consulting client. This role requires strong functional ownership across core SCM modules hands-on configuration experience and close collaboration with business and technical teams across implementation upgrade and production support phases.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise across Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules
Lead requirement gathering and translate business needs into functional designs
Configure test and support SCM modules across implementation and support lifecycles
Execute and support SIT UAT and production issue resolution
Partner with technical teams on enhancements interfaces and integrations
Ensure adherence to AIM methodology and SDLC governance

Core Functional Areas
Order Management (OM): Scheduling ATP/GOP Shipping Execution
Purchasing (PO): Requisition Import Blanket Releases EDI
Inventory (INV): Item creation sourcing rules inventory controls
WIP & BOM: Discrete manufacturing processes
ASCP / VCP: Planning ATP/MRP runs pegging analysis

Required Skills & Experience
6 years of Oracle EBS R12 SCM functional experience
Strong understanding of SCM business processes (O2C P2P)
Hands-on experience with configurations setups and testing
Discrete Manufacturing and Planning (ASCP) expertise
Solid understanding of SCM Finance integration touchpoints
Strong documentation stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Nice to Have
Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM
Experience with Fusion BI Publisher
Knowledge of WMS Install Base Depot Repair or Quality modules
