Job Description
We are seeking an Advanced UX / Experience Designer to support Corporate Responsibility initiatives by leveraging expertise in user experience service design workflow orchestration and artificial intelligence. This role focuses on transforming how internal teams work by documenting current-state business workflows and re-imagining them through AI-enabled solutions.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business process documentation and future-state AI-driven experiences collaborating closely with AI-focused engineers and business stakeholders to deliver efficient scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Create journey maps and service blueprints for end-to-end business processes to visualize optimize and improve service interactions using AI-driven insights
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify user needs expectations and pain points
Partner with engineering teams to build low-code agent workflows and AI-enabled solutions
Support security compliance and auditability requirements for all AI-enabled workflows
Stay current with industry trends and integrate insights into team deliverables
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to gather customer and stakeholder input
Apply an iterative design mindset incorporating continuous user feedback to improve solutions
Required Experience & Skills
5 years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in service design experience design or a related field with a focus on end-to-end experiences
2 years of experience designing AI-enabled workflows and experiences
Design & UX Expertise
Proven experience delivering innovative design projects including:
Journey mapping
Service blueprinting
Storyboarding
Demonstrated expertise creating direct and indirect experiences for diverse user groups
Collaboration & Ways of Working
Strong ability to work within cross-functional teams
Experience facilitating collaboration and driving alignment toward shared goals
Comfortable working in fast-paced iterative design environments with frequent testing and refinement
