The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate Occupational Therapist ready to grow within a supportive and dynamic team. The role blends clinical practice with leadership development offering exposure to a wide range of clients and conditions. Youll be empowered to shape client care mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the OT department nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide family-centred occupational therapy services across a range of developmental areas
  • Address challenges in fine motor development sensory processing and visual perception
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-driven outcomes
  • Mentor junior therapists and assist with onboarding new team members
  • Participate in service development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years experience in paediatric or developmental OT
  • AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain - support provided)
  • Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative proactive approach to client care
