We are seeking a Frontend Engineer with a strong background in modern web development a passion for building scalable and user-friendly applications and the ability to drive frontend best practices. You will be responsible for leading the frontend team collaborating with backend engineers designers and product teams to deliver high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Architect design and develop modern responsive web applications using React or similar frameworks.
Ensure scalability maintainability and performance of frontend applications.
Work closely with backend teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs.
Implement best practices in UI/UX accessibility and frontend performance optimization.
Drive adoption of unit testing frameworks and CI/CD for frontend development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to system architecture discussions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for frontend innovations.

Essential Qualifications:

5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong expertise in JavaScript React or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of HTML CSS AJAX JSON and REST APIs.
Experience with object-oriented principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with asynchronous message processing technologies.
Strong communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated and eager to learn new concepts and technologies.
