Job Summary
Job Description
This role will be responsible for the executing development initiatives with D365 Platform
and report to the Development Team Manager.
The Senior Developer must support the Application needs received from the business
users by using correct methodology delivery planning and execution of the plan in order
to meet predefined deadlines. Senior Developer will be required to stay abreast of the
platform updates and contribute in cross-functional projects within Microsoft ecosystem
including Power Platform. The Senior Developer will work very closely with the other
development colleagues along with Application Process Specialist. Tight collaboration
across team members is required to review case by case when it does not fit into the
usual scenarios with higher complexity.
The senior developer must have experience in agile environment and must be familiar
with SCRUM methodology. He / she must be aware of multiple alternative solutions and
be able to choose the best fit within the environment keeping an objective of sticking to
standard coding process as much as possible.
The Senior Developer should be able to guide the other team members when needed.
He / she should be aware of the upcoming release changes from Microsoft including
potential technology shifts that can improve the landscape. He / she should share the
knowledge with the team members and participate in debates. Ensure to keep the
business application system secured to avoid business disruptions and improve
business application efficiency.

Job requirements
Qualification
Bachelors degree in computer science Information technology or other equivalent
qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft D365 platform.
Proven leadership experience in similar organization.
Willingness to travel as required.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Expertise in configuration and development on the Dataverse platform.
Strong understanding of low-code/no-code principles.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and relational data modeling.
Familiarity with integration patterns and modern integration technologies.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) data models.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and C# programming.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to mentor and explain complex technical concepts to team members.
Skills / Certifications
Microsoft certifications such as:
- Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
- Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration
- Or equivalent certifications (preferred).
Awareness of Microsoft CoPilot Studio.
