Job Summary
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of engineering projects from concept to completion
- Manage and mentor engineering teams fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements
Minimum Qualification
Engineering Graduate
Min. 11 years
- Engineering Graduate with a recognized degree in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated success in leading technical projects and managing engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform effectively in fast-paced dynamic environments
- Excellent communication leadership and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools frameworks and development methodologies
Required Skills:
