We are looking for an energetic disciplined and customer-obsessed individual to join our Luxer Liaison team in San Francisco as a Senior Liaison Returns.
At Luxer One were committed to making life simpler by completely solving the package problem for multifamily properties. Our Luxer Liaison team provides expert onsite package management to a wide range of premium high-package-volume properties across the Luxer network.
The Senior Liaison Returns will focus primarily on processing and managing resident package returns in market while also supporting standard Liaison duties as needed. This individual will be a key player in maintaining Luxer Ones promise to deliver truly effortless package management.
What You Will Do:
In this full-time role you will spend approximately 75% of your time overseeing returns and 25% performing standard Liaison duties. A day in your life will include:
- Picking up processing and dropping off resident package returns to local carrier centers daily.
- Using an app to track and document returns with precision.
- Communicating professionally with residents property teams and carriers to ensure a seamless returns process.
- Driving your personal vehicle throughout the San Francisco area to complete assigned routes safely and efficiently.
- Providing in-market support for standard Liaison duties when return activity is light including package audits organization and resident interactions.
- Maintaining a clean professional and friendly demeanor at all times while representing Luxer One.
- Supporting the Operations Manager and team with any additional tasks or needs related to service delivery.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Professional and personable youll be the face of Luxer One to both residents and property management teams.
- Reliable organized and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and mobile apps.
- 2 years of customer service logistics delivery or multifamily experience preferred.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Able to lift and move packages within standard weight limits safely.
- Available to work in person across multiple locations in and around Downtown Chicago.
- Must have a personal vehicle in good condition and proof of auto insurance.
- At least 18 years old.

You will be working in upscale apartment buildings and will be expected to create positive friendly relationships with both property managers and residents. 1-2 years of customer service experience required. Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to METRO) Ideally the candidate would live in or near the downtown Washington D.C. area. Comfortable using technology (you will be using a digital package management system and iPad) Good organizational and problem-solving skills This role involves regular physical activity including lifting and arranging packages some of which may be bulky. Applicants should be capable of comfortably lifting packages within legal guidelines and maneuvering within package storage areas. At least 18 years old.
