Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose of Role
Responsible for preparing and serving drinks and cocktails for servers and guests in a speedy efficient friendly and professional manner.
Cast Key Responsibilities
drinks for the customers and servers ensuring that the proper materials and supplies are on hand and ensuring that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.
good relationship with the guests ensuring they are well entertained.
-up and breakdown the bar.
mixers cut fruit receive requisitions check par levels refill mixers get ice run food and collect and dispose of garbage.
good knowledge of upselling bar recipe Inventory receiving and stores.
guest checks secure proper payment and act as the cashier.
as per SOS.
attitude to guest request.

主要負責事項
1.為客人準備及服務飲品檢視正確的食材及器具
2.禁止提供酒類於未成年及意識不清醒者
3.保持良好的關係讓客人賓至如歸
4.開吧台與收吧台
5.準備果汁切水果領貨請購單補充客人飲料冰塊及食物並收集和處理垃圾
6.俱備追加銷售的能力熟悉酒譜盤點以及接收庫存
7.負責客人們的賬單檢視正確的付款及結帳
8.專業的服務流程
9.以顧客至上的宗旨達到客人的需求
