Purpose of Role
Responsible for preparing and serving drinks and cocktails for Guest Service Attendants and guests in a speedy efficient friendly and professional manner.
Cast Key Responsibilities

that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.
good relationship with guests ensure they are well entertained.

mixers cut fruit receive requisitions check par levels refill mixers get ice run food collect and dispose of garbage.
good knowledge of upselling bar recipe inventory receiving and stores.
guest checks secure proper payment and act as the cashier.
as per SOS (sequence of service).
Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request.

5.準備果汁切水果領貨請購單補充客人飲料冰塊及食物並收集和處理垃圾
6.俱備追加銷售的能力熟悉酒譜盤點以及接收庫存
7.負責客人們的賬單檢視正確的付款及結帳
