Job Summary

Short Term

Summary:
Responsible for loading trucks maintaining inventory and ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts (including standing models) to move and load inventory
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
Assist with inventory counts and sampling per regulatory guidelines
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
Attend required training (GMP HACCP SQF Safety)
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Perform routine machine adjustments and other assigned duties

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
1 year manufacturing or production experience
Forklift certification preferred
Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt work independently and maintain a positive attitude
