Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Alstoms products during critical phases such as Project Introduction (PI) Commissioning and Warranty. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business including the PI Customer Site team Project Engineering team and Quality teams. Youll also collaborate with external suppliers partners and customers to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
Youll specifically take care of diagnosing and resolving technical issues on Alstom products but also contribute to reliability growth initiatives and maintain configuration control and documentation.
Well look to you for:
Supporting technical activities during PI Commissioning and Warranty phases
Diagnosing causes of equipment malfunctions and recommending corrective actions
Defining troubleshooting methodologies and providing technical guidance to technicians
Providing feedback on technical documentation and identifying deficiencies
Driving containment measures to prevent issue recurrence
Supporting technical reviews and ensuring effective communication across teams
Applying EHS (Environment Health and Safety) requirements on-site
Driving technical Return of Experience (REX) and supporting field modifications

Internal EHS training
Proficiency in English
Experience or understanding of failure diagnosis and troubleshooting

A Masters degree in Engineering (desirable)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
