Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of advanced Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including executives and stakeholders to define and align Salesforce strategies with organizational goals. Develop and enforce Salesforce architecture standards ensuring scalability security and performance. Oversee system integrations with Salesforce leveraging tools and APIs to enable seamless connectivity with enterprise systems. Guide teams in creating high-quality Apex code Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other custom solutions. Manage data migrations for large-scale implementations while maintaining data integrity. Conduct technical reviews ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Mentor and lead Salesforce developers administrators and consultants to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Stay ahead of industry trends and Salesforce advancements incorporating them into architectural designs.

Mandatory skill sets:

Deep expertise in Salesforce including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL). Proficiency in Apex LWC SOQL Salesforce Flows and advanced integration techniques. Strong understanding of enterprise integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Boomi) and REST/SOAP APIs. Proven track record of designing solutions for large-scale Salesforce implementations. Excellent leadership problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred skill sets: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. Additional certifications such as Application Architect System Architect or Marketing Cloud Consultant are advantageous.
