Responsibilities
- Promptly professionally and politely answer telephone screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- Direct any persons to correct destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Willing to work one weekend day 3:45 pm-8:45 pm
- Schedule 6 days a week. 32-36 hrs. 3:45 pm-8:45 pm Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as Phone Operator
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A professional appearance
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
