Where You Will Work
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support operations.
What You Will Do
- Complete monthly quarterly and yearly balance sheet reconciliations for cash accounts.
- Prepare and enter journal entries related to cash and ancillary income for month-end close process.
- Ensuring accuracy of corporate financial records and reports for assigned duties.
- Provide related variance analysis monthly quarterly and annually.
- Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
- Preparing reviewing and distributing financial reports.
- Preparing roll-forwards and financial analysis.
- This is an in-office opportunity.

Qualifications :
- Experience conducting variance analysis.
- Experience conducting actual to budget/forecast analysis.
- Experience with monthly quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience recording monthly journal entries accruals reclasses etc.
- Experience with debt reconciliation.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.
- 1-2 two years of relevant experience.
- Proficient financial system skills with an emphasis on Excel SmartView
- Workday Financials experience a plus.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Nimble problem solver who enjoys complex challenges.
- Demonstrates quality customer service teamwork and cultural fit.
Additional Information :
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:
- Expected pay range of $65000 - $80000 base salary plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
