Job Summary
Due to the expansion of our global pharmaceutical partners Hungarian manufacturing site we are seeking a professional to join their newly opened position within the Operational Excellence department and improve the companys existing and newly built infrastructure. Within a global scale the company is a TOP 3 chemical product developer and manufacturer. The sites portfolio includes more than 40 products which are exported to 50 countries.
The new team member will be responsible for leading the transformation project(s) initiated to increase the efficiency of production and production support processes at the site to improve the competitiveness of the site and to use resources more efficiently.
The following tasks await you:
- Management coordination and control of the project(s) belonging to you
- Participating in the analysis and planning phase and performing the management tasks of the active project in the implementation phase
- Support transformation processes in the assessment and new operation development stages of the project
- Track document and communicate results costs and savings
- Organization and provision of information flow
- Seek to improve digital system solutions and opportunities proposing their introduction
- Develop and teach LEAN training courses
We welcome your application if you:
- Hold a university degree (Bsc / MSc)
- Have 6-sigma black belt qualification or higher LEAN education
- Experienced in transformational and change management projects
- Speak English on a negotiation-level level and fluent inHungarian
