Project Manager Operations (mfd)

Project Planning & Strategy

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives timelines resources and deliverables.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and success criteria.

• Provide strategic direction and vision to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Oversee daytoday project activities ensuring tasks are executed according to plan.

• Monitor project progress and take necessary action to ensure successful completion.

• Build and lead crossfunctional project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.

• Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and executives to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Resource Management

• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently ensuring optimal utilization.

Quality Assurance

• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.

• Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations upon completion.

Reporting & Governance

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and issues.

• Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review.

Qualifications :

• At least 3 years of experience in project management.

• Experience leading crossfunctional projects in an international environment.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in technical or business/management studies.

• Project management certifications are an advantage.

• Familiarity with preparing reports and presentations for management.

• Strategic mindset with a strong longterm perspective.

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to make an impact in a fastgrowing organizational environment.

• Strong listening communication and collaboration skills paired with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office Jira or other project management tools.

• Fluent in English (B2C1).

• Willingness to travel.
