Meeting Coordination
Schedule and coordinate project meetings workshops and steering committees.
Prepare agendas gather relevant materials and ensure timely distribution to all participants.
Capture meeting minutes decisions and action items and follow up to ensure completion.
Project Support
Assist project managers in tracking progress updating project plans and maintaining high-quality documentation.
Contribute to the preparation of status reports dashboards and stakeholder presentations.
Support project governance activities and help maintain alignment across all workstreams.
Communication & Collaboration
Serve as a key liaison between project managers business experts and implementation partners for coordination and administrative tasks.
Ensure timely communication of updates deadlines and reminders to all stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks
Qualifications :
13 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management ideally in a dynamic transformation environment
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field
Experience with ERP or SAP-related projects is a strong plus
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track
Confident use of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and project management tools such as Jira
Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
A sharp eye for detail and strong follow-up discipline to ensure nothing falls through
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Proactive curious and eager to deepen your knowledge of SAP Public Cloud and modern project management practices
Fluency in English
