Job Summary
PrimeTalent is Hiring
We are hiring a Production Manager for our furniture manufacturing industry in Congo Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality control & continuous reduction of defects rework & waste
Production planning cost control & deadline management
Collaborate with technical sales & installation teams
Supervise train and mentor production staff
Follow-up of KPIs & performance indicator
Monitor production progress and quality
Qualifications :
Key Qualifications:
7 years of experience in a furniture manufacturing and wood knowledge
Strong problem solving management and leadership skills
Age between 30 - 55
FRENCH is a MUST
