Were looking for a Global Benefits Specialist (Senior Reward Analyst) who expects more from their career. Its a chance to extend and improve dunnhumbys HR Global Benefits Team Its an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our Global Benefits team youll work with world class and passionate people to support our global renewals working closely with our brokers leading benchmarking reviews taking tactical and strategic Global Benefit projects as well as enrollment and benefit supplier management.

What we expect from you

• Experienced management of US cyclical enrollment reporting launch communication
• A track record of rolling out Benefits packages and renewals (global preferable)
• Confident ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally and be relatable and approachable
• Provide recommendations for benefits practice and governance ensuring that approved standards are communicated followed and remain effective
• Confident in your approach and how you manage and organise your day to day is essential. Dealing with tricky and sometimes complex queries whilst not letting other work deadlines.
• Has some project exposure with the ability to track manage and support strategic initiatives
• Comfortable and confident with following multi transactional processes. Ensuring documents forms compliance is met to deadline on time every time balancing delivery dates and detail.
