Our hiring managers are deeply involved in recruiting but to meet the pace of growth were looking for someone who can be a force multiplier across our commercial and operations teams. Thats where you come in.
What we expect from you:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and ops roles across EMEA sometimes leading the process sometimes acting as a sounding board. You will recruit from entry level BDRs to the next VP
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and translate that into talent requirements
- Build and optimize sourcing programs leveraging traditional channels as well as areas we have never thought of before
- Find not just good candidates but people who can accelerate Planhats trajectory
- Bring structure data and precision to how we recruit and help elevate the experience for candidates as well as internal stakeholders
