Location: San Luis Potosí Mexico

Your Role:
Design and Planning:
- Lead projects within a specific discipline across all project phases
- Create technical designs analyses and calculations for systems and components
- Select appropriate materials in terms of type quality and quantity in coordination with procurement
- Develop conceptual and permit planning considering legal requirements (e.g. fire protection noise protection water regulations)
- Prepare execution and detailed plans
Project Coordination:
- Prepare cost estimates calculations and cost control
- Prepare bills of quantities for tendering
- Contractor selection and awarding (e.g. bid comparisons plausibility checks contract negotiations)
- Monitor and coordinate construction execution
- Create and maintain planning documents as-built documentation and material lists
- Prepare maintenance contracts
Client Interface:
- Consult and support clients on project-related matters
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and Revit
- Strong communication teamwork conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Process-oriented thinking and action self-driven and motivated
- Fluent in Spanish and English
