About Exotel
Exotel is one of Asias leading customer engagement & communication platforms used by thousands of enterprises. We are building deeply reliable voice messaging and conversational AI layers used across BFSI e-commerce fintech logistics and more.
We are now looking for a hands-on Product Intern to help accelerate our product development and internal programs.
What this role is about
This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who can work across product program management and research.

What you will do
Product Research & Strategy
Understand product problems and translate them into clear requirements
Conduct competitive research benchmarking feature analysis
Support creation of PRDs workflows and feature definitions
Program & Execution
Work closely with product managers engineering & design
Track execution timelines dependencies
Help run product sprints and standups
Maintain project documentation and dashboards
Customer & Internal Insights
Talk to internal stakeholders & customers to gather insights
Analyse product usage CX feedback and data patterns
Identify problem areas and propose solutions

Are a self-starter who doesnt wait for instructions
Enjoy taking ownership and driving things independently
Have strong communication skills (written verbal)
Are curious about software products platforms APIs or enterprise tech
