Job Summary

TheHome Health Aideprovides assistance to the patient in the home with personal care and related personal services intended to maintain the patients comfort as well as ability to remain in his/her personal must be authorized by a physician when a skilled Plan of Treatment is being implemented by a registered nurse physical therapist or speech therapist.
