Job Summary

Our partner a Global Biopharmaceutical Company is in search of a Center Manager to lead and manage their plasma-derived center in Békés County. This position is available under a 2-year fixed contract and it offers an excellent opportunity for someone with prior people management experience who aspires to advance to the next level as a leader.

Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day center operations including overseeing daily affairs and maximizing plasma collection.
Ensuring the centers continuous and optimal functionality and its cost-effective operation.
Preparing and checking if necessary revising and approving the schedule of employees
Carrying out the management tasks of the center and preparing statistical reports
Handling financial responsibilities such as ordering the cash required for the operation of the plasma center checking payments and managing financial documentation
Organization and conductingmeetings and personal discussions with the staff
Reporting to the operational manager
Participating in the employee selection process.

Requirements:

Degree in Health/Economics or other relevant field
Proven experience in Private or Public Healthcare or the Life Science industry is a plus.
Proven track record in efficiently managing teams
Responsible decision-making ability
Economic approach and way of thinking
Empathy flexibility and conflict management skills
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
High level computer user skills (Word Excel etc.)
Sufficient English (and Hungarian) knowledge
