About the Position
As Executive Assistant you will operate as a trusted partner to the Deputy CEO ensuring smooth workflows high-quality communication and strong governance administration across the Corporate Services pillar. You will coordinate key documentation and briefs manage a fast-paced and complex diary support internal and external engagement and maintain a clear oversight of priorities across Finance Legal & Governance People & Culture Risk Digital Transformation Facilities and the Reimagining ACM project.
This role requires someone who thrives in a diverse working environment can confidently navigate competing expectations across multiple stakeholders and can bring structure and clarity to a broad and shifting workload. You will help streamline processes modernise ways of working and serve as an important connection point across the Executive Office.
This is a full-time 12 month fixed-term position with the possibility of becoming ongoing depending on future organisational needs.
Band 3.3 $91970 $% superannuation (negotiable within window depending on experience)

The Executive Team
The Executive Team comprises of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Deputy Chief Executive Officer and three Executive Directors (EDs) - Performing Arts Development Destination and Audience.
The Deputy CEO is accountable for the Operations Pillar which encompasses Finance General Counsel Risk Management & Projects Reimagining Project Digital Transformation Facilities People and Culture and Planning & Insights.
