As Customer Service Representative your key tasks will include:
- Supporting customers via phone and also by e-mail
- Managingcustomer orders and invoices
- Keeping contact with foreign distributors
- Keeping track of pending orders and deliveries
- Support other departments within the company
- At least High School Diploma or Higher
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (e.g. office / business administration or customer service)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Advance MS Office Application knowledge
- Communicative and proactive personality
- Oracle ERP Logistics and Healthcare related procurement process experience is a huge plus
