Job Description: Customer Service Representative at Bing Surfboards
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person about surf-related products and services
- Provide product information pricing and availability to customers
- Process customer orders returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product recommendations and sizing guidance
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide outstanding service
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a retail or surf-related environment is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $30000 - $40000 per year
