Ironside Restoration is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a remote work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Assisting customers with product or service related questions and concerns
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Providing information about products and services
- Processing orders refunds and exchanges
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
