Job Summary

The Transfer Agency Operations Team processes all of the Registered Funds clients transactions which includes account setups and account maintenance. This requires the team to work within the Envision software.

As the Transfer Agency Intern you will work within our daily products operations team. You will learn which legal documents such as trust documents corporate entity documents authorized signers list etc. are required to setup accounts for investors while also learning about the compliance needed within those tasks.

How you will spend your time:

  • Assisting with physical investor correspondence (purchase checks applications maintenance requests transfer documents)
  • Learning the Envision Financial Systems Processing software
  • Keeping demographic information on investor accounts up to date
  • Working on different projects that collaborate with different teams within Registered Funds

Compensation Range:

$28340.00 - $54380.00
