Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician to join As You Wish Electric Plumbing Heating & Air. This role focuses on performing routine maintenance inspections and minor repairs on residential heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will be required to:
- PerformathoroughprecisionTuneUpofheatingandcoolingsystemwithnosupervision.
- Abletofindandrepairwaterleaksandductleaks.
- Troubleshootbasicproblemswithagasandelectricheatsystem.
- Generateequipmentleadsandgetcustomerstoinvestinnecessaryproactiverepairscomfortenhancementsand IAQadditions.
- Completealladministrativeresponsibilitiesneatlyaccuratelyandcompletelywithnosupervision.
- Maintaincommunicationwithdispatchanddepartmentmanager.
- Keepcompanyvehiclecleaninsideandoutandmaintaininventory.
- Attenddepartmentmeetingsandtrainings.
- Useappropriatepersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)asprescribedbycompanypolicies.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Requirements
- 1 year of HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Basic understanding of HVAC refrigeration and airflow principles
- Ability to troubleshoot common HVAC issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics crawl spaces and rooftops
