Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory General Manager to oversee our laboratory operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the laboratory including personnel equipment and processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all laboratory operations including testing analysis and reporting
Manage a team of laboratory technicians and scientists providing guidance training and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards including ISO and FDA guidelines
Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
Monitor and manage laboratory budgets and expenses
Collaborate with other departments and clients to develop and implement new testing protocols
Keep uptodate with industry developments and advancements and incorporate them into laboratory operations
Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all laboratory staff
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as biology chemistry or medical technology
Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management
Strong knowledge of laboratory testing and analysis techniques
Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and laboratory software
