Your team & responsibilities

You will join the B2B team. You will focus on developing Cafeyn distribution deals within public institutions (libraries institutions universities)

Your missions
  • Prospecting and sourcing new deals

  • Leading the full sales cycle: building business cases pitching Cafeyns value proposition negotiating commercial and contractual terms and closing new deals.

  • Managing relationships with public institutions detect new commercial opportunities and renew contract.

  • Contributing to vertical expertise by gathering market intelligence competitor insights and best practices helping refine our playbooks and go-to-market approach.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance Legal Product and Marketing teams to structure deals and align on execution.

  • This is a hands-on results-driven sales role requiring a mix of commercial hunting skills negotiation expertise and the ability to operate in a fast-paced international environment.

Who are we looking for

You are at the right place if you have

  • 1-2y experience in Business Development Partnerships or Strategic Sales roles

  • Experience in B2B distribution model

  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder cross-functional processes

  • Solid grasp of pipeline management qualification frameworks and CRM discipline (HubSpot Salesforce or equivalent)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills able to convey Cafeyns value proposition with impact

  • Fluent in French & English; additional European languages are a strong asset

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive resilient and target-driven with a collaborative spirit and passion for digital media and tech
