About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level Technical Account Manager to own the relationship with our clients across multiple ongoing projects. This role sits at the intersection of technology delivery and customer success with a strong focus on repeat business and long-term partnerships. You will work closely with Project Managers engineers and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully customer needs are clearly understood and new opportunities are identified is a delivery-focused role in a scaling company ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys working with customers and driving projects forward.
Responsibilities
Customer & Account Ownership
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and projects
Build long-term relationships with customers focusing on trust continuity and repeat business
Ensure customer expectations are aligned with project scope timelines and delivery
Work closely with Project Managers to understand project status risks and upcoming needs
Translate customer requirements into clear inputs for technical and delivery teams
Proactively identify blockers misalignments or scope changes and help resolve them
Understanding Customer Needs
Engage regularly with customers to understand their business goals technical challenges and future plans
Perform client and product research to anticipate potential needs or opportunities
Help customers understand how our AI ML and software solutions can support their objectives
Growth & Repeat Business
Identify opportunities for follow-up projects extensions or new use cases
Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals or next steps based on customer needs
Support account growth through a deep understanding of both the technology and the customer context
Required Background & Skills
Technical & Professional Experience
Mid-level experience in a technical environment (ML AI or software engineering background preferred)
Comfortable discussing AI machine learning and software development concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working on or alongside delivery-focused projects
Soft Skills
Ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them clearly
Organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects and customers
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on practical outcomes and delivery
Nice to Have
Previous experience in technical account management customer success consulting or project coordination
Exposure to AI/ML projects or data-driven products
Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing company
