Job Summary

For this role you will work directly in a multinational scaleup a global workforce platform operating at large scale across the UK and Europe.
Were looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives in structured environments cares deeply about execution quality and wants to work remotely on real high-impact operations.
This is not generic outsourcing. Youll be part of a selective team supporting core operations.
Tasks
- Coordinate and manage workforce performance against defined KPIs
- Ensure high standards of Health & Safety across daily operations
- Communicate operational updates process changes and shift information clearly
- Manage attendance absences rotas and workforce allocation
- Support onboarding training and retraining of workers
- Handle worker queries and welfare meetings professionally
- Maintain accurate records across operational systems (attendance training skills)
- Produce daily and weekly operational reports for internal teams and client stakeholders
- Support investigations incidents and operational escalations when required
Requirements
- Experience in operations coordination workforce management or similar roles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with KPIs reports and operational systems
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Ownership mindset and high standards for quality and accuracy
- Comfortable working remotely with UK-based teams
