This is a hands-on Principal Software Engineer role for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of AI healthcare and distributed systems working directly with real hospitals and clinics to deploy production-grade solutions.
What Youll Work On
- Deploy and refine enterprise-grade AI systems used in real healthcare environments

Build AI-driven patient communication and triage systems
- Design and operate agent orchestration frameworks with strong guardrails
- Develop secure healthcare data layers with strict privacy and compliance requirements

Implement low-latency voice and video systems for clinical use cases
- Solve complex problems in distributed systems scalability and enterprise integration
- Work closely with hospitals clinics and internal stakeholders to ship real-world solutions
