Eligibility / Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Finance preferred)
1 5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Home Loan sales
Strong local market knowledge and builder/DSE network
Good communication negotiation and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Role & Responsibilities:

Source new Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sales referrals DSAs brokers and channel partners
Identify and approach self-employed professionals businessmen and SMEs for LAP products
