About the Work

At Cobram Pumping and Irrigation (part of National Pumping & Irrigation) we are looking for a dedicated retail sales specialist to join our team and work across our retail outlet. We are the number one provider of Valley equipment in the country and have strong relationships with our customers. All of this is achieved through our focus on customer experience and our committed team members that take pride in solving customers problems. If you have the right attitude and related transferable skills then this could be the perfect role for you.

More About You:

We are looking for a suitable sales specialist who is driven curious and who values customers. Specifically you will need:

Friendly and helpful attitude towards others

Background in sales or other relevant experience

Willingness and curiosity to learn about the pumping & irrigation industry

Natural tendency to problem-solve

Ability to multi-task and prioritise

Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiative

Strong administrative capability to issue correct invoices or provide suitable quotes

Excellent communication skills both in-person and over the phone

Well presented with a confident in-store presence

Assist with day-to day store operations

Eligibility to work in Australia (permanent resident)
