• Arrange for delivery of materials to the jobsite and communicate timelines with clients.
• Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the owner and other team members.
• Run multiple jobsites efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate w/ subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
• Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated tracked and being proactively managed.
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our company Trustpoints within the scope of the contract within budget and compliant with codes and ordinances.
• Plan construct install and repair structures and fixtures using wood and other materials.
• Measure cut and shape wood plastic and other materials with expert precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical documents.
• Supervise and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with designers contractors and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
• Maintain tools and workspaces in excellent condition.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high level quality of work performed
• Ability to identify problems and come to timely and cost effective solutions.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Able to drill for hinges.
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts.
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets.
• Strong self starter with ability to identify issues and offer timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw band saw power hand saw router planer and powered nail gun.
• Minimum of 810 years of professional carpentry experience.
• Proven experience in high-end residential or commercial construction.
• Mastery of carpentry techniques tools and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification (preferred).
