Job Summary
Responsibilities
Read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings.
Mark measure cut align and fit steel components accurately.
Assemble steel structures such as beams columns frames and plates.
Perform tack welding in coordination with welders (if authorized).
Ensure proper alignment leveling and dimensional accuracy.
Use hand tools power tools and measuring instruments safely.
Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Trade Certificate in Fitting or Fabrication.
Minimum 37 years of experience as a Steel Fitter.
Experience in fabrication yards shipyards oil & gas or heavy construction projects.
