Recruitment at NZ Police is fast-paced challenging and rewarding. Were seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide our Auckland-based team ensuring stability and delivering high-quality recruitment services that attract top talent to NZ Police.

Youll lead a team managing bespoke recruitment processes ensuring consistency data accuracy and strong collaboration. This role requires agility problem-solving and relationship-building across internal and external stakeholders. Youll also support the Recruitment Manager with delegated duties and projects.

Utu ā-tau Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $102808 and $108894 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
